EmergConnect collects and uses personal and health information to provide its patient registration, remote triage and emergency department wait-time services on behalf of participating healthcare providers. Information is used to provide the service, communicate with patients, support clinical workflows, maintain security, and for permitted analytics, quality improvement and system development using de-identified or aggregated information where applicable.
Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation and our Privacy Policy.
